Remote Support |
How it Works
In order for us to be able offer you remote support, we require you to download a small, simple and secure remote support application to your machine. Once you have done this, you will need to run the application and provide us with the unique number and randomly generated password. We can connect to your machine with ease (seeing all that you see) and help you with your problems. It's that simple!
Step 1
Contact us on +61 08 9401 8889 and arrange for a remote support service. Our rates for remote support are listed on the "Support" page. Once we have sorted out payment methods we can proceed to the next step.
Step 2
Download our very small remote support application. Save it somewhere simple, like on your desktop. Dont worry, its Virus and spyware free!
Step 3
Provide us with the "ID" number and "Password" that is automatically generated by our support program. We can now connect to your machine and see what you can see!
Step 4
Your problems have been fixed quickly. We generate an invoice for the time we have spent fixing your problems. You can safely delete the remote support application or leave it for next time. We will not be able to connect to your computer again until you contact us with a new ID number and password. Your privacy and security is our number one priority. |
